Personal assistant positions can be found in all industries and share a rather large set of skills. This programme has been developed to support participants wishing to gain the knowledge and skills required to support a business and its services. Ensuring participants are aware of the employer rights and responsibilities and health and safety whilst also being able to choose a pathway to support their more specialist knowledge and skills in either business administration, customer service, personal assistants or administrative assistants, but what they do is assist in the functioning of an office.
