As an IT Officer, you will ensure the organisation’s seamless IT systems, networks, and software operation.   1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications.<\/li>\n
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure uptime and performance.<\/li>\n
  3. Ensuring data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.<\/li>\n
  4. Providing technical support and training to staff, resolving IT-related issues promptly.<\/li>\n
  5. Managing user accounts, hardware inventory, and software licenses.<\/li>\n
  6. Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
  7. Staying updated on emerging technologies and recommending improvements for system efficiency.<\/li>\n
  8. Supporting digital transformation initiatives and ensuring IT alignment with organisational objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.<\/li>\n
    2. Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in IT support, and system administration.<\/li>\n
    3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing hardware, software, and networks. knowledge of cybersecurity principles and cloud-based solutions is preferred.<\/li>\n
    4. Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges.<\/li>\n
    5. Willingness to travel domestically as required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
