Public and Private Sector
Civil Service Transformation with the UK Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit and the Cabinet Office. The aim of the programme was to provide a better service for citizens and businesses, while delivering better value for taxpayers. The key levers were workforce empowerment, digital services, streamlined customer experience, multi-channel service delivery, data quality and integrity, and elimination of third parties.
Transformational Leadership and Building Legacy in the Nigerian Civil Service with the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation. This involved
vision stress-testing, leadership, building cohesion across ministries, and cascading the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP) and effective performance management across several Federal Government Ministries and their agencies towards their respective mandates and the ministerial deliverables.
At State and Local Government levels, we supported delivering rural transformation, social economic development, and open government.
Financial Services
We have partnered with the Central Bank of Nigeria in areas of executive education, technical capacity building and management consulting since 2008.
Over the years, we have provided capacity building for the Bank’s director cadre in Nigeria and overseas and have supported the Bank with a number of its strategic initiatives, including Data Analytics, ERP Implementation, IPSAS Implementation, Consumer Protection FSS2020, Transformational Leadership, and postpromotion inductions for directors.
In the financial sector, we support a number of Commercial Banks, Micro Finance Banks, Development Banks and other industry players in areas of leadership capacity building and service transformation. Some of these include, First Bank, Zenith Bank, the Bank of Industry, The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, the Bank of Agriculture, the Debt Management Office, the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, private sector financial institutions, and the Federal Ministry of Finance
Legislature
We supported the National Assembly Services Commission, the Senate and the House of Representation with its drive towards a more innovative, transformative, forward-looking, and performance-driven legislature, by empowering lawmakers with tools to adopt global best practices in
legislature, modern thinking in constitutional law, policy formulation, policy intelligence, and enactment.
In the United Kingdom, we provided opportunity for learming exchanges and peer reviews with members of the House of Lords, House of Commons and a number of Local Government Councils. These learning exchanges have now extended beyond the UK to many countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Aviation
Transformation of Aviation cargo, passenger ground handling through the industry leaders, Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO), Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc (SAHCO), Nigeria Customs Service, and the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria. This included end to end process and personnel reviews of each of the players, design of
improved business processes, operating procedures and business plans, along with leadership capacity building for each of the organisations.
Development of Aviation Masterplan for the Federal Ministry of Aviation and design of deployment and implementation strategies for the Aviation and Aerospace Roadmap for the Ministry and its agencies, including development of key performance indicators, outcome measures, and a framework for monitoring and evaluation.
FMCG
Our work in FMCG has been quite comprehensive with inventions and consultancy support along various points in the FMCG and logistic value change. Working with leading companies like Dangote Group, Honeywell Group, Berger Paint Plc, Doyin Group, and many more, we have provided a range of support from leadership capacity building, business process re-engineering, logistic redesign, product quality improvement, enterprise risk management and many more.
We have also deployed our predictive tools and our bespoke cript360 analytics and reporting tools to aid cost optimisation, category analytics, and distribution to improve their real-time tracking, reduction of counterfeits, reporting and profitability, and shareholder value. All these are supported by advanced leadership capacity building and use of innovative performance management tools.
Power & Energy
Facilitated the transformation of the Oil & Gas and wider Energy sector through the development of the Oil & Gas Roadmap, Strategic Pillars, and deliverable goals for the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources, and each of its agencies; Nigerian National Petroleum Company, Petroleum Technology Development Fund, Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, Petroleum Training Institute, Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority, Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, and Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board. Strategic goals and key performance indicators were produced for the ministry and each of the agencies.
In the private sector, we supported a number of companies with stress-testing their visions, developing strategic pillars, designing implementation pathways, building leadership skills and capacity across the groups, and provision of performance management and culture transformation tool kits
International Development
Women Entrepreneurship & Empowerment, Advocacy and Technology Programme funded by the Ford Foundation. This involved Bridging the gender and technology gap by facilitating the empowerment of women through the harmonization and coordination of the three aspects; Entrepreneurship & Empowerment, Advocacy and Technology programme.
Harmonized Engagement for Accountability and Transparency Project funded by Trust Africa and McArthur Foundation, working with the presidential Unit on Governance and Anti-Corruption. Capacity-building, learning and knowledge translation to action will be pursued through three activities, policy round-table and workshops, with monitoring support for participating organisation and an online learning platform that curates academic publications, policy documents as well as an interactive forum and blogs for civil society actors to express themselves.
Telecom & Engineering
We have worked with a number of industry leaders in telecoms and engineering to strengthen their visions and redevelop strategies that keep them at the forefront. Some of our end to end transformation programme workstreams included Organisational Redesign, Business Modelling, Human Capital Management, Budggetting and Finance, Governance, Risk Management, Business Process Improvement, Workflow Automation, and Digital Technology.
We have also developed framework for business continuity, succession planning, institutional continuity and leadership modelling for a number of companies. This includes developing appropriate profile of leaders, corporate environment and culture that delivers the vision of each company.
Agriculture
We work with companies, individuals, regulators and development bank along the agriculture value change to provide technology-driven tools and processes to improve production, processing, and distribution. We also build the capacity of individuals and players to improve their quality and standard of goods and services, position them competitively with international companies, provide platform for exporting their goods and facilitate collaboration and joint ventures with international partners.
We worked with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to reposition the sector for growth. This involved equipping leaders with tools to transform and embed change and developed a roadmap to rural
development, national economic growth, sustainability and job creation. Rural industrialization, increased access to agricultural services, and social inclusion.
