The training programme will provide an overview of Public Procurement fundamentals and procedures that are related to the design and delivery of the procurement process in the public sector.

1. Procurement process and risk-based approach.
2. Preparation of bidding documents.
3. Setting pre-qualification criteria.
4. Bid qualifications and evaluation criteria.

At the end of the programme participants will be able to:
1. Participants will have a broad knowledge of effective planning, risk assessment, execution, and monitoring of the public procurement process.
