Nigeria’s three tiers of government collectively manage budgets running into tens of trillions of naira annually, yet budget implementation rates, cash flow management, and treasury efficiency continue to challenge even experienced public finance executives. This intensive programme provides a rigorous, internationally benchmarked framework for public sector budget monitoring, treasury management, and fiscal discipline — drawing on proven models from the UK’s HM Treasury, the International Monetary Fund’s Public Financial Management Framework, and peer learning from leading African finance ministries. Participants will leave with practical tools, reformed systems thinking, and a network of international peers that they can deploy immediately within their organisations.
