Overview
Most internal audit functions in West African public institutions and corporates still operate a compliance-checklist model designed for a paper era, while the transactions they oversee are now increasingly digital.
This programme closes that gap. It moves delegates from compliance auditing to risk-based, data-led assurance, and shows them precisely where analytics and artificial intelligence strengthen detection and where they create false confidence. Delegates gain working forensic and analytic technique rather than theory, and return with a plan their audit committee can approve. Delivery is practitioner-led and clinic-based; there is no lecture-only module in the design.
