Overview

This intensive five-day international executive programme is designed for senior corporate and public-sector leaders seeking to use artificial intelligence as a driver of organisational transformation, strategic performance and effective governance.

As AI reshapes leadership, institutional decision-making and service delivery, executives must understand how to move beyond technology adoption to develop coherent AI strategies, establish appropriate governance frameworks and lead sustainable organisational change. The programme explores how leaders can align AI investments with institutional priorities, manage emerging risks, strengthen accountability and translate AI opportunities into measurable outcomes.

Through practitioner-led sessions, international case studies, executive benchmarking and peer review, participants will gain practical insights into AI-enabled transformation and develop a roadmap for implementing AI strategies within their organisations.
