Description
Continuous exchange of knowledge, skills, and experience among civil servants in developed countries around the world is an important tool for overcoming the complex challenges faced by public sector leaders as well as means of building institutional sustainability. Succession Planning, Institution Building and Sustainable Workforce is a leadership workshop designed to help senior civil service officers acquire high-impact leadership skills and tools for leading change, policy development and building a legacy of performance.

- Spark policy debates, peer-to-peer exchanges, and roundtable discussions led by experienced civil servants in the United Kingdom.
