More Revenue. Better Systems. Stronger Public Finance.
Many governments across Africa face the same challenge: significant revenue potential exists within the economy, yet inefficient tax administration, narrow tax bases, compliance gaps and weak revenue systems continue to limit public revenue.
This programme addresses that gap. It moves delegates beyond traditional tax collection approaches towards modern, data-driven revenue mobilisation and tax administration reform. Participants will examine how governments can broaden the tax base, improve taxpayer compliance, strengthen revenue institutions and use digital systems and analytics to improve collection.
The programme combines international best practices, practical case studies, institutional peer learning and practitioner-led sessions. Delegates will leave with practical approaches for strengthening revenue mobilisation and a reform agenda that can be adapted to their institution or jurisdiction.

Participants will learn how to:
- Develop strategies for strengthening domestic revenue mobilisation and expanding the tax base.
