Programme Introduction
Network and understand how top women leaders who have broken through the glass ceiling experience challenges. This programme is designed to foster a more inclusive leadership culture and enhance the representation of women in executive roles. Study trips to other organisations and live tours of facilities will be concluded with peer reviews and free consultations on issues that participants have highlighted.
Programme Objectives
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Understand gender dynamics and the barriers to breaking through in top leadership
- Apply strategies for networking and identifying collaborative opportunities for women in executive roles
- Learn directly from top women leaders on overcoming the “glass ceiling”

Day 2 — Gender Dynamics and Breaking the Norm in Top Leadership.
Day 3 — Networking and Collaborative Opportunities for Women in Executive Roles.
Day 4 — Study Tour and Meetings with Top Women Leaders.
Day 5 — Action Planning and Free Consultancy.
Venue and Learning Locations
The programme will be delivered in London and Oxford, including sessions at:

• Selected UK executive, academic, innovation or institutional venues, including London and Oxford locations, subject to final programme arrangements
